Hope sets success in motion.

Luigi and Sadie both went in and got groomed this morning.  Luigi goes to Ethan at PetSmart at Bayfair; and Sadie goes to a place called Pam's or something.  They both look soooo adorable.  Dad and I had breakfast at McDonalds.  This afternoon we took Luigi across the street to the park and he was so good.  He went all over the park with me.  I am teaching him to run around and stay with me.  He is doing really great.  Then we threw the disc for awhile.  He is so fast.  Everyone wants to play with him. 

Bill Mack had to go into  Kaiser emergency.  He has a heart murmur.  Something really bad seems to be happening.  They are keeping him overnight.  Tomorrow is stress test.  Monday echo-cardiogram.  He is a 3 on the scale of 6.  Possibly surgery.  Not sure about anything quite yet. 

Part dreamer, part do-er.

We had a lot of fun at Dog Scouts of America last night.  All Huge Dogs and then our little Luigi.  Also, he WON the Walk Around the Circle and Sit Game.  And he played "Bang"!  He is so cute.  Have Family Day today with Uncle Joe and Auntie Isabel, because Uncle Joe had two doctor appointments yesterday.  Met at Zorn's Restaurant in Pleasanton.  Lots of fun.  Then dad and I went and found the new dog park on Sleepy Hollow.  Too small.  Bought new Kirby vacuum bags over the phone.  9 to a pack.  That should last us about 100 years.  lol  Been having some problems with my computer connection.  Right now, it seems to be a bit of a Comcast problem.  Hope it gets happier.

Dad and I are taking Luigi to Dog Scouts of America Bay Area Troop 198 in Milpitas tonight.  This is our second visit.  Last time they did absolutely nothing, but we thought we would go back tonight, really, just to get out of the house with Luigi a little bit.  It is at the Humane Society and they have this Amazing Dog Park Area that Luigi wil LOVE.

Went over to www.HealthandYoga.com and ordered online their stainless steel enema can kit with silicone hose.  Yep, I keep reading how dog gone healthy it is to do regular enemas.  Seems that Ann Wigmore gave herself three enemas a day and ate just a bit of energy soup each day and "chewed" each mouthful 50 times.  She helped thousands of people heal from incurable diseases.  Even cancer.  Rest in Peace Nora Ephron (Leukemia) and Don Grady  (Cancer) from "My Three Sons". 

Now, actually I am a Great Big Baby, and have never once had an enema.  But, right now, I am fat, and miserable, and not myself, and I   R E A L L Y  want to start feeling inside a healthy, fit body again.  Until the day I reached 40, I never weighed more than 108.  At 60, my weight is Out of Control.  BUT!  I am going to take control.  Somehow.  Someway.   Oh sure.  Today, I had a nice Large Piece from Lucky's of German Chocolate Cake.  Wow!  That was Great!  lol   Don't beat yourself up.  Enjoy Yourself!

I went to the movies this morning and saw "That's My Boy" with Adam Sandler.  Then I had a junior scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge on a cone at Baskin Robbins, followed by a slice of pepperoni pizza.  Made a quick trip to the post office and the library.  Originally, I had planned to run over to the Alameda County Fair, but.... well you know, never did.

Dad and I are having lunch today with Unclel Joe and Auntie Isabel at In and Out Hamburgers in Pleasanton.
