Treat yourself like someone special.
Dad went to exercise class this morning. I went to the movies and saw "Dark Shadows" with Johnny Depp. I loved it. I used to LOVE the soap opera Dark Shadows.
Then I went to Dr. Kim, for Acupuncture. Although, I have stayed healthy these last 5 1/2 years, I have always had this "crap" in my chest, which I can always hear when I cough. Guess I was hoping to get it out. Maybe it's just allergies. It doesn't seem to want to leave. After I finish this bottle of herb pills that he gave me, which should last about a week, think I'll finish my bottle of "Clear Lungs" and then decide what to do after that.
